Психологические механизмы осознанного присутствия в эмоциональной регуляции личности

| dc.description.abstract | Интервенции, основанные на осознанном присутствии (mindfulness-based interventions), продемонстрировали эффективность в улучшении регуляции эмоций. Однако специфические психологические механизмы, посредством которых осознанное присутствие оказывает свое влияние на регуляцию эмоций, являются активной областью исследований. Данный обзор синтезирует современные данные о психологических механизмах, связывающих осознанное присутствие с регуляцией эмоций. Проведен поиск современных исследований в нескольких базах данных за период от 2021 до 2026 гг. Стратегии поиска были направлены на психологические (не нейробиологические) механизмы осознанного присутствия в регуляции эмоций. После скрининга 32 исследования соответствовали критериям включения. Обзор выявил пять основных психологических механизмов: децентрация, принятие, контроль внимания, когнитивная переоценка и сочувствие к себе (self-compassion). Данные свидетельствуют о том, что эти механизмы действуют через взаимосвязанные пути, при этом децентрация выступает как центральный медиатор эффектов осознанного присутствия на регуляцию эмоций. Таким образом, осознанное присутствие влияет на регуляцию эмоций через множественные, взаимосвязанные психологические механизмы, учет которых дает возможность уточнять теоретические модели, а также разрабатывать более целенаправленные и эффективные интервенции на основе практик осознанного присутствия.
